Please read this document carefully before using the 77bd platform. These rules define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.

General Terms and Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 77bd platform and all services connected to it. "Platform" refers to 77bd's website, mobile application and other digital services. "User" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or browsed it without registering.
"Account" means each user's personal profile created through registration. "Bet" or "wager" means the act of placing money on any sporting event or casino game. "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional money provided by 77bd that can be withdrawn under specific conditions.
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering on or starting to use the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 years old to register on the 77bd platform and use its services. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 to create or use an account. We may request necessary identification documents to verify age.
Warning: Participation in gambling or betting by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in permanent account closure and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Registering with false information or using a third party's identity will be treated as fraud and may result in account cancellation.
2.3 One Account Policy
Each person may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be suspended and all bonuses and rewards will be considered void.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Allowing a third party to use your account is a violation of the terms.
Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on the 77bd platform is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits made in a third party's name or through anonymous methods are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer.
Please note: Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. A withdrawal request can only be made after wagering the bonus amount 20 times.
3.3 Verification Requirements
Identity verification may be required for withdrawals above a certain amount. This process may involve a national identity card, passport or other government-issued documents. This step is taken to prevent fraud and money laundering.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
77bd offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give a bonus of ৳2,000, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, wagering requirements must be met — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (in this example ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000).
4.2 Bonus Usage Policy
Bonus funds are not direct cash; they are available for placing bets. Winnings earned using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met. If a bonus is cancelled before wagering is complete, any associated winnings will also be cancelled.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, attempting to meet bonus conditions using a VPN or proxy, or using bonuses through any unfair method will result in the relevant account being suspended and all bonuses and winnings being considered void.
4.4 VIP Program Terms
77bd's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver and up to 1.0% at Gold. This cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses.
Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Finality of Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. 77bd reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of a technical error or unclear market. In such cases, the bet stake will be refunded.
5.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement
If a sporting event (such as a cricket match or football game) is cancelled or rescheduled outside its original time, bets on that event will be settled in accordance with 77bd's rules. Generally, the stake for bets on a cancelled event is refunded.
5.3 Responsible Gaming
77bd believes that sports and gaming should be for entertainment. We follow responsible gaming guidelines and encourage users to set their own limits. If you feel you are experiencing problem gambling or betting addiction, seek help immediately.
5.4 Fraud and Manipulation
Any fraudulent activity, gaining unfair advantage through computer software, or involvement in any match-fixing activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant authorities may be informed.
Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 Data Collection and Use

Account Suspension and Closure Policy
7.1 Account Suspension by 77bd
77bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of the terms and conditions
- Provision of false or fraudulent information
- Creation of multiple accounts
- Detection of bonus or promotion abuse
- Fraudulent payment activity observed
- Age-related information proven to be false
7.2 Account Closure by the User
Users may request the closure of their account at any time. In such cases, any eligible balance in the account (excluding bonuses) will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal rules.
7.3 Inactive Accounts
An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for 12 months or more. Bonus balances in inactive accounts may expire. Contact the support team to reactivate.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
77bd works to provide uninterrupted service with maximum effort. However, service disruptions may occur due to technical errors, maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. 77bd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from such events.
8.2 Responsibility for Betting Decisions
Every bet or gaming decision is made entirely at the user's own discretion. 77bd does not guarantee any particular outcome. The user is solely responsible for both potential winnings and losses.
8.3 Third-Party Software
The games available on our platform (such as games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI and Spribe) are developed by third-party software providers. Any technical issues within these games will be resolved in accordance with the relevant provider's policy.

10.1 List of Prohibited Actions on the Platform
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:
- Placing bets using automated software or bots
- Attempting to breach the platform's security measures
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Using an account on behalf of a minor
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal location while using the service
- Attempting to access another user's account without permission
10.2 Anti-Money Laundering
77bd takes a firm stance on anti-money laundering. If suspicious financial transactions are detected, the authorities may be notified and all transactions on the relevant account will be suspended.
Applicable Law and General Provisions
11.1 Interpretation of Terms
The Bengali version of 77bd's terms will be considered authoritative for the interpretation or application of any clause in these terms. If any clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will retain their effect.
11.2 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the specific terms of each promotion together form the entire agreement between 77bd and the user. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by these terms.
